Drew went out of his way multiple times for me as a first time home buyer, to make sure I was confident in my purchasing decision. Drew thoroughly looked at the homes as if they were going to be his during the process. Not being afraid to get “down and dirty” and look under a deck, check for water issues, etc.. YOU name it. He gave me honest constructive criticism, or advice he might’ve had from past experiences. He wouldn’t just agree with me on something if it wasn’t accurate. This was extremely useful in the situations I was in, since most of the homes were old. I would recommend Drew Hill to friends and family. The most important thing Drew offered, was extremely persistent communication. Any time I had questions, complaints, and so on.. I could text or call him at my convieience and he was there to assist.
Drew helped us buy our home this past fall. He expertly guided us through the home search process, finding homes we might be interested in, answering questions in a timely fashion and offering information and insights that we could trust. We enjoyed working with him so much that we referred him to our daughter and her fiancé who were looking for their first home. He provided the same steady hand and guidance to them. Can’t recommend his services enough!
